Sean McNally
Director of Utility Services
Sean McNally, working out of our Portland office, brings to Maverick a robust set of skills in construction and field management. Prior to entering the telecom industry, he served as a Project Manager for an international construction company, where he personally oversaw 100+ project across 5 different countries.
Sean has years of successfully creating a positive and efficient work environment, streamlining internal processes to enhance overall productivity, and facilitating positive relationships with a wide range of clients and key business partners. He is consistently recognized for outstanding contributions to the bottom line and has a solid reputation for resolving complex issues. Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Luke Miller
Vice President of Engineering
Luke is the Vice President of Engineering at Maverick, having more than 8 years’ experience the in telecommunications industry. Prior to telecommunications, Luke spent time doing geological research after graduating from the University of Kansas with a BS in Geology. His experience prior to Maverick was in field engineering working 2 and a half years on several projects and markets throughout the US and England. During his time at Maverick Luke has risen through the ranks from OSP Engineer, to Engineering Supervisor, and now to Vice President of Engineering.

Corey Griffith
Director of Innovation and Technology
Corey brings to Maverick an eclectic set of talents in GIS and IT. He pushes for innovations with emphasis on quality control and data-driven value adds. Corey has over 6 years of experience in telecom plus 15 years in IT, 8 of those years in GIS roles. He has a diverse background covering roles in forestry, petrochemical, telecom, and IT infrastructure & sales. His primary role is to drive innovations in process engineering and automation for design, construction, and management for utilities and telecom using GIS. He is passionate about technology and has used this drive to implement creative solutions to fulfill project scopes throughout the US, Caribbean, and Europe. Corey is also an AmeriCorps Alumni of the Northwest Service Academy.

Liam McNally
Director of Storm Services
Liam McNally has over 12 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has worked a myriad of storms which have ranged from the Canadian border to Florida. At Maverick he has worked in capacities from Health and Safety Manager to Program Management. Liam is an MBA student a Boston University and is an active member of the St. Mark’s Area Civic Association. He holds a CUSP certificate in Transmission Distribution & Electric and in Civil Construction. Also, Liam holds a PMP and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT. Liam has a pragmatic approach and an intimate knowledge of the entire construction and engineering process.

Michael McNally
Principal in Charge
CEO, President, and Founder has a diverse background in the Engineering, Construction and Procurement process within the construction and utility industries. Michael has completed large projects throughout the United States, The Caribbean, Russia, Poland, and Mexico.
A graduate of Boston College, Michael has a thorough understanding of the complexities involved with public and private sector projects and has helped clients navigate through many potential minefields. Michael’s extensive resume includes many significant projects, Engineering Procurement and Construction for the Amtrak Northeast Corridors Trackside Network, Statoil’s Fiber to the well initiative in the Marcellus and Utica Fields, The design of the statewide inter-agency fiber optic network for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MassNET), Eversource Energy New Customer Connect Initiative and acted as the lead on Mavericks responses as a first responder in many significant hurricane catastrophic events throughout the United States.
Michael is active on many state and local boards, including the Massachusetts School Building Authority Owner’s Project Managers Review Board, Board Member of South Boston Catholic Academy, and the Catholic Memorial School. Michael is a Managing Partner and Founder of Maverick Energy Services in Ireland and One Source Power in Boston.
